McPherson's Asia Pacific's head office is located in the Sydney suburb of Kingsgrove, NSW. McPherson's Australia opened the 16,000m² purpose built office and warehouse facility in 2000.  Following the McPherson's Limited buy out of Cork Asia Pacific in July 2003, the site now holds over 350 employees.

With the integration of the McPherson's homewares business into the Cork site, the Kingsgrove offices now holds the Marketing, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, IT and Customer Services personnel for both companies.  Sales offices are located in each state, serving as the main hub for the sales and merchandising teams.

The Sydney distribution centre opened in June 2000 when Cork consolidated from four sites into a single site.  The warehouse facility is state-of-the-art, equipped with a paperless "pick to light" and a real-time distribution system (RDS).

The Sydney site dispatches over 33,000 cartons per month with approximately 1,500,000 items being picked per month.  The site receives 40,000 pallets per year and processes over 3,000 different SKU's.

In Australia, a dedicated team of over 40 people comprises the Pharmacy Sales Division, regularly calling on over 4500 pharmacy outlets.  In addition 400 merchandisers service multiple channels, ensuring strong product presentation as well as the implementation of new product launches and promotional activity.
